CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

• In the event that it is agreed that the Guest has the right to withdraw from the contract by a specified deadline without incurring costs (in accordance with the offer selected by them), the right to withdraw also applies to the establishment within the same timeframe.
• The Guest and the establishment (hereinafter also referred to as the parties) are not responsible for damage, non-performance or improper performance of the service, in the event that such non-performance or improper performance is a result of force majeure. Force majeure means an event or a combination of events or circumstances beyond the control of the Parties that fundamentally hinder or prevent the execution of obligations of a given Party arising from the Agreement, and which the given Party could not have anticipated or prevented or overcome through actions undertaken with due diligence. In the event of force majeure, the Party affected by the force majeure is obliged to immediately inform the other Party of the occurrence of force majeure. If due to force majeure the provision of services is impossible, the Party affected by the force majeure may withdraw from the contract with immediate effect.
• The Hotel may also withdraw from the contract with immediate effect in the case of:
  1. The occurrence of other circumstances for which the hotel is not responsible, and which prevent the execution of the Agreement or prevent the proper execution of the agreement,
  2. The inability to guarantee appropriate accommodation or facilities for organizing an event due to other circumstances concerning the hotel.
