CANCELLING RESERVATIONS

• If it is agreed that the Guest has the right to withdraw from the contract within a specified period without incurring any costs (in accordance with the offer chosen by them), the right to withdraw also applies to the property for the same period.
• The Guest and the property (also referred to as the parties hereinafter) are not responsible for damage, non-performance or improper performance of the service, in cases where such non-performance or improper performance is the consequence of an event of force majeure. Force majeure means an event or combination of events or circumstances that are independent of the Parties, which fundamentally hinder or prevent the performance of the obligations of a given Party arising from the Agreement, and which the given Party could not foresee or prevent or overcome by acting with due diligence. In the event of force majeure, the Party affected by the force majeure event is obliged to inform the other Party immediately of the occurrence of force majeure. If, due to force majeure, the provision of services is impossible, the Party for whom the force majeure applies may withdraw from the contract with immediate effect.
• The hotel may also withdraw from the contract with immediate effect in case of:
  1. the occurrence of other circumstances for which the hotel is not responsible, and which prevent the performance of the Agreement or hinder the proper performance of the agreement,
  2. the inability to guarantee appropriate accommodation or facilities for organizing an event due to other events concerning the hotel.
