CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

• If it is agreed that the Guest has the right to withdraw from the contract within a specified period without incurring costs (according to the offer selected by them), the property also has the right to withdraw within the same period.
• The Guest and the property (hereinafter referred to as the parties) are not liable for damage, non-performance, or improper performance of the service if such non-performance or improper performance is a result of a force majeure event. Force majeure is understood as an event or a combination of events or circumstances beyond the control of the Parties that fundamentally hinder or prevent the performance of obligations of a given Party under the Agreement, and which the given Party could not foresee or prevent or overcome through diligent action. In the event of force majeure, the Party affected by the force majeure must promptly inform the other Party of the occurrence of force majeure. If due to force majeure it is impossible to provide services, the Party affected by the force majeure may withdraw from the contract with immediate effect.
• The hotel may also withdraw from the contract with immediate effect in the event of:
  1. the occurrence of other circumstances for which the hotel is not responsible, preventing the performance of the Agreement or preventing the proper performance of the Agreement,
  2. the inability to guarantee appropriate accommodation or facilities for organizing an event due to other events concerning the hotel.
