CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

• If it is agreed that the Guest has the right to withdraw from the contract within a specified term without incurring costs (according to the offer selected by them), the right to withdraw also belongs to the establishment within the same term.
• The Guest and the establishment (hereinafter referred to as the parties) are not liable for damage, non-performance, or improper performance of the service, in the event that such non-performance or improper performance results from a force majeure event. Force majeure means an event or combination of events or circumstances beyond the Parties' control, which fundamentally hinders or prevents the performance of the obligations of a given Party arising from the Agreement, and which that Party could not have predicted or prevented or overcome through actions taken with due diligence. In the event of a force majeure occurrence, the Party affected by the force majeure is obliged to promptly inform the other Party of the occurrence of force majeure. If due to the force majeure, the provision of services is impossible, the Party affected by the force majeure may withdraw from the contract with immediate effect.
• The hotel may also withdraw from the contract with immediate effect in the event of:
  1. the occurrence of other circumstances for which the hotel is not responsible, which prevent the execution of the Agreement or hinder the proper execution of the agreement,
  2. the inability to guarantee adequate accommodation or facilities for organizing the event due to other events concerning the hotel.
