CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

• If it has been agreed that the Guest has the right to withdraw from the contract by a specified date without incurring costs (according to the offer chosen by them), the right to withdraw also applies to the property under the same terms.
• The Guest and the property (hereinafter also referred to as the parties) are not responsible for damages, non-performance or improper performance of the service if such non-performance or improper performance is a result of a force majeure event. Force majeure is understood as an event or a combination of events or circumstances beyond the control of the Parties, which fundamentally complicate or prevent the performance of obligations of a given Party under the Agreement, and which the given Party could not have predicted or prevented or overcome by acting with due diligence. In the event of force majeure, the Party affected by the force majeure event is obliged to immediately inform the other Party of the occurrence of the force majeure. If, due to the force majeure, the execution of services is impossible, the Party affected by the force majeure may withdraw from the agreement with immediate effect.
• The hotel may also withdraw from the agreement with immediate effect in the event of:
  1. the occurrence of other circumstances for which the hotel is not responsible and which prevent the performance of the Agreement or proper performance of the agreement,
  2. the inability to guarantee appropriate accommodation or facilities for organizing an event due to other events concerning the hotel.
