CANCELLING RESERVATION

• If it is agreed that the Guest has the right to withdraw from the contract within a specified period without incurring any costs (according to the offer they selected), the property also has the right to withdraw within the same period.
• The Guest and the property (also referred to hereinafter as the parties) are not liable for damage, non-performance, or improper performance of the service, if such non-performance or improper performance is the result of a force majeure event. Force majeure is understood as an event or a combination of events or circumstances beyond the control of the Parties that essentially hinders or prevents the performance of obligations of the Party arising from the Agreement, and which the relevant Party could not have foreseen or prevented or overcome by acting with due diligence. In the event of force majeure, the Party affected by the force majeure is obliged to immediately inform the other Party of the occurrence of force majeure. If due to the force majeure the performance of services is impossible, the Party affected by the force majeure may withdraw from the contract with immediate effect.
• The hotel may also withdraw from the contract with immediate effect in case of:
  1. the occurrence of other circumstances for which the hotel is not responsible, that prevent the execution of the Agreement or impede the proper performance of the contract,
  2. the inability to guarantee appropriate accommodation or facilities for organizing an event due to other events related to the hotel.
