CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

• If it is agreed that the Guest has the right to withdraw from the contract within a specified period without incurring costs (according to the offer selected by them), the right to withdraw also applies to the property within the same period.
• The Guest and the property (also referred to hereinafter as the parties) are not responsible for damages, non-performance, or improper performance of the service, if such non-performance or improper performance is the result of a force majeure event. Force majeure means an event or combination of events or circumstances beyond the Parties' control, which fundamentally hinders or prevents the performance of the obligations of a given Party under the Agreement, and which that Party could not have foreseen or prevented or overcome by acting with due diligence. In the event of force majeure, the Party affected by the force majeure event is obliged to inform the other Party immediately of the occurrence of force majeure. If due to the force majeure event the provision of services is impossible, the Party affected by the force majeure may withdraw from the contract with immediate effect.
• The hotel may also withdraw from the contract with immediate effect in the event of:
  1. the occurrence of other circumstances for which the hotel is not responsible and which prevent the execution of the Agreement or hinder the proper execution of the contract,
  2. the inability to guarantee appropriate accommodation or facilities for organizing an event due to other events concerning the hotel.
